PRESS: Russia can spend $31 bln on Kazakhstan, China railways
MOSCOW, Jul 29 (PRIME) -- Russia can allocate U.S. $30.8 billion to railway projects in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China until 2030, business daily Vedomosti reported on Friday citing a presentation of the Transport Ministry.
According to Vedomosti, the ministry plans to finance construction of three railway border crossing points, 369 kilometers of railways on the territory of Russia and 3,000 kilometers in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China.
The project may become a part of a new social and economic development program amid the current geopolitical challenges.
